Taylor Sol

Taylor Sol, a driven Sound Alchemist, Musician, Videographer/Photographer and Neo Shamanic Facilitator originating from Aotearoa, New Zealand. I have been a film maker and storyteller for over 7 years and love capturing meaningful content that speaks into the space of health, wellness, music, the creative & healing arts and travel.

My shamanic journey began in 2021 in Bali, Indonesia, where I encountered the ancient art of sound embodied in a handpan tuned to 432 Hertz. The resonances of this frequency, historically utilised by the Egyptians and monks for healing, triggered a profound soul connection within me. This awakening inspired the birth of 'Arise Sound Healing', now known as 'Taylor Sol', a platform for facilitating shamanic, multi-instrumental sound healing ceremonies and heartfelt musical compositions featuring an array of healing instruments such as Native American flutes, Handpans, Shamanic drums, Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, Taonga Pūoro, and more.

Through profound plant medicine experiences over many years, This transformative journey unveiled my purpose of guiding others through plant medicine, energy healing, capturing meaningful stories through filmmaking and sound healing meditations.

As my path unfolded, I was invited to co-facilitate and film in a range of ceremonies across the globe, from Egypt, to Mexico and the Amazon jungle of Peru, culminating in a profound initiation with Ayahuasca. This journey of inner exploration and growth empowered me to support others on their healing journey and ultimately deepen my connection with the divine.

My life's mission is to embrace the wonder of existence, share empowering healing music, capture captivating stories and positive energy to foster deep self-realisation, and inspire individuals to embrace their authenticity and radiate their unique essence to the world.
